Privacy policy.

21 Cuts is a video production company based in London. If you have any question about this policy, or about anything we hold about you, email tobi@21cuts.co.uk and it comes straight to me.

Only what you type in. If you fill in the quote form we receive your name, your company or brand, your email address, what you need, when you need it, and the budget band you picked. If you email us or book a call, we get whatever you put in that message.

We do not collect anything else. There is no analytics on this site, no tracking pixel, and no advertising tag. We are not building a profile of you, because we are not measuring anything in the first place.

To answer you. That is the whole reason. We use what you send to price the work, ask any question we need to ask, and reply. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

The legal basis is legitimate interest: you asked us for a quote, so replying to you is the obvious and expected thing to do with it.

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after two years. If we do work together, we keep what we need for our records and for HMRC, which requires six years.

You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless the law says we have to hold on to it.

A small number of companies handle parts of this site, and each of them only sees the part it needs to do its job. We do not give your details to anyone else.

• Netlifyhosts the site and receives what you submit through the quote form.
• Resenddelivers the notification email that tells us you got in touch.
• Calendlyruns the booking page, and only sees what you enter when you book a call.
• Bunnyserves the video files. It sees that a video was requested, not who you are.
• Google Fontsserves the typeface, so your browser makes a request to Google to fetch it.

We do not set any advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through.

The site stores one small flag in your browser to remember that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay every time you move between pages. It is cleared when you close the tab, it holds nothing about you, and it never leaves your device.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tobi@21cuts.co.uk and we will sort it out within a month, usually a lot sooner.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.

If we start using something new that touches your data, this page changes before it goes live, and the date below changes with it.
